Who We Are

Strategic systems, designed for measurable workforce outcomes.

Charleston Parker Group is a workforce development and education strategy firm. We design implementation-ready career readiness systems for school districts, workforce agencies, correctional and reentry systems, adult education providers, nonprofits, and community-based organizations.

Our work bridges three traditionally separate worlds — education, workforce development, and sustainable employment — through unified, scalable systems that prepare participants for workforce entry, workforce reintegration, career advancement, and long-term economic mobility.

We partner with organizations seeking serious, high-standard solutions. Not aspirational frameworks. Not generic curricula. The disciplined architecture of workforce readiness, built to produce measurable outcomes across every population we serve.

Aligned. Funded. Implemented.

Built to meet the standards that decide where dollars and decisions flow.

Every Charleston Parker Group system is intentionally engineered for compatibility with the federal funding streams, accreditation frameworks, and procurement requirements that govern the workforce development field.

06Second Chance & DOLReentry Employment Opportunities and Second Chance Act-aligned for correctional and reentry implementation.
Flagship Systems

Two systems. One unified approach to workforce readiness.

Most workforce programs are built for one population. Charleston Parker Group designs for the full continuum — from high school students preparing for first careers to adults rebuilding after disruption — through a unified, high-standard architecture.

The Charleston Parker Group Difference

Most workforce systems serve one population. Ours serve a continuum.

We build the bridges between traditionally separate workforce systems — and we build them to last.

01

Standards-Aligned by Design

Built to integrate cleanly with WIOA, Perkins V, AEFLA, ACTE, CASEL, and Second Chance Act frameworks — not retrofitted to them.

02

Implementation-Ready

Complete facilitator guides, participant manuals, pacing options, and delivery formats. Adoption begins on day one, not after months of internal development.

03

Funding-Compatible

Designed against the procurement language, budget categories, and reporting structures that real workforce funders require.

04

Outcome-Engineered

Participants leave with deliverables — resumes, action plans, career roadmaps, financial frameworks — not just completed coursework.

05

Technology-Forward

Embedded AI workforce readiness across every system, preparing participants for evolving, technology-driven workplace expectations.

06

Scalable Across Settings

One unified architecture supporting schools, workforce boards, correctional systems, adult education, and community-based organizations.

Leadership

Designed and led by two of the field's most experienced practitioners.

Nearly sixty combined years of leadership across K–12 education, higher education, workforce development, instructional systems, and strategic partnerships.
